Recorded a personal-best mark of 52'-11.5" in the weight throw at the Saluki Fast Start (12/7) ... placed in the top-10 of the weight throw in each of the three meets he competed in.

2019 OUTDOOR SEASON

Scored six team points after finishing fifth in the hammer throw with a mark of 180'-7" at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor T&F Championships (5/10-5/12) ... threw for a personal-best mark of 182'-9" in the hammer throw at the Lenny Lyle-Clark Wood Invite (4/26-4/27) ... placed in the top-10 of four events ... competed in five meets.

2018-19 INDOOR SEASON

Scored team points at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/23-2/24) with his shot put mark of 55'-6.25" to take eighth ... was the runner-up in the shot put for three meets ... recorded a PR in the shot put with a mark of 58'-2.5" at the Saluki Fast Start (12/8) ... competed in seven meets.

2018 OUTDOOR SEASON

Scored team points in the shot put and the hammer throw with eighth place finishes in both events at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) … threw the shot an outdoor-best 57’-9” (17.60m) to place eighth … threw a personal-best 153’-6” (46.80m) in the discus to finish second at the Lenny Lyles Invitational (4/28) … also took fourth in the shot put at the Lenny Lyles Invite … set a PR in the hammer throw with a mark of 177’-2” (54.00m) at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/24).

2017-18 INDOOR SEASON

Scored two team points with a seventh place finish in the shot put at the 2018 MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) … set a PR in the shot put at MVCs with his toss of 58’-.5” (17.69m) … tallied top-five finishes in the shot put in five of the eight meets he competed at in the event … also competed in the weight throw at two meets.

HIGH SCHOOL

Five-time state champion ... never finished lower than fourth in either the shot or the discus at the state meet ... six-time South Seven Conference Champion ... two-time Illinois Top Times shot put champion ... as a freshman, took second in the shot put and fourth in the discus at the state meet, becoming the first male from CCHS to medal in the shot since 1924 ... as a sophomore won state titles in both the shot put and the discus which marked the first time in school history that an athlete, male or female, had won two state titles at the same meet ... repeated in both the discus and the shot put as a junior, becoming just the eighth male in Illinois high school track and field history dating back to the 1900-01 season, and the first since 1999, to sweep the shot put and discus in back-to-back seasons ... as a senior, claimed his state record third-straight shot put title, and his fifth state title overall ... member of the National Honor Society
