CARBONDALE, Ill. — The Southern Illinois women's basketball team's 2011-12 recruiting class has been ranked No. 37 in the nation by ESPN HoopGurlz, one of the nation's most respected sources for women's college basketball recruiting.
The Salukis ranked third-highest among teams from mid-major conferences behind San Diego State (No. 20) and Harvard (No. 32) and were the only Missouri Valley Conference team to crack the top 60.
