Soccer coach Craig Roberts placed on administrative leave

CARBONDALE, Ill. — Southern Illinois University announced Tuesday that women's soccer head coach Craig Roberts has been placed on administrative leave.

Assistant coaches Alyssa Krause and Matt Ball will assume Roberts' duties. The Salukis are 8-3-3 and have two matches remaining in the regular season (at Valparaiso, at UIC). The Missouri Valley Conference tournament begins on Oct. 27.
