DES MOINES, Iowa — Southern Illinois wraps up its regular season on Saturday at Drake at 3 p.m. in a game televised on CBS Sports Network.
The Salukis (16-13, 9-8) are the likely No. 6 seed at next week's Arch Madness conference tournament. SIU could still finish tied for fifth by beating Drake, combined with a Bradley loss to Valparaiso. The seeding tiebreaker would then be determined by NET ranking on Sunday morning (currently BU: 98, SIU: 134).
Both SIU and Drake (21-9, 12-5) are the league's hottest teams, each having won four-straight games. Based on the outcome of Saturday's games, the Bulldogs could finish anywhere between second and fourth place.
