Swim and Dive Named Fall Scholar All-American Team by CSCAA

CARBONDALE, Ill. – The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced their Scholar All-American Teams for the Fall 2025 semester, and both Southern Illinois swim and dive squads made the cut.
To earn the honor, teams had to post a team cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or higher during the Fall 2025 semester. Both SIU's men's and women's squad crushed this mark, with the women's squad posting a 3.57 GPA while the men's team finished with a 3.54 GPA. Additionally, the Missouri Valley Conference as a whole was named a Scholar All-American Conference.
Presented by Fitter and Faster Swim Camps, this honor was bestowed upon 709 teams across NCAA Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA, and junior and community colleges. More information regarding last semester's winners can be found at
