Baseball's Midweek with Bellarmine Canceled Due to Impending Weather

CARBONDALE, Ill. - Southern Illinois baseball's midweek contest with Bellarmine has been canceled due to weather. The game will not be made up at a later date.
Southern Illinois will begin preparations for a weekend set at Belmont beginning Friday, May 8. The teams are tied for sixth place in the conference standings at 9-9, looking to gain the upper hand for the final spot available to qualify for the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament, which takes only the top six teams this season.
