Few Spots Left: Sign Up Today for Men’s Basketball Golf Scramble

CARBONDALE, Ill. — Only a few spots remain for the Saluki Men's Basketball golf scramble on Thursday, Aug. 27, at The Links at Kokopelli in Marion. All proceeds from the event benefit the men's team directly.
The event is co-sponsored by First Southern Bank and IBEW Local 702. The Tedrick Group and BSN are corporate sponsors; Timberline Fisheries, Inc., is the cart sponsor; and Thrillville is the reception sponsor. Saluki Men's Basketball thanks all the sponsors for their continued support.

Registration will begin at 9 a.m., featuring a grab-and-go breakfast, followed by a 10 a.m. shotgun start. Boxed lunches will be available at 12:30 p.m. Reception after the scramble is set for 3:30 p.m. The scramble is limited to 30 teams of four, with a cost of $1,000 per team.
Each participant will receive a player gift, and prizes will be awarded to the team with the best score. Following play, participants are invited to a heavy appetizer and drink reception, and a silent auction will be held.
Participation Options
- Event participation includes greens fee, golf cart, breakfast, lunch, reception with heavy appetizer buffet, and entry gift.
- Individual golfers play for $250 per player. Foursomes play for $1,000.
- Event sponsorships are available at seven different levels.
- If you can't attend the golf outing during the day, then join the afternoon reception for only $30.
