Volleyball Adds Three to Impressive Recruiting Class

CARBONDALE, Ill. — SIU volleyball coach Brittany Harry announced Friday the signing of two student-athletes, Lillian Dempkey, Dafne Sosa, and Una Stepic.
Lillian Dempkey is a freshman setter from Burlington, Wisconsin. She plans to study biomedical engineering. Dempkey was a decorated high school player, earning numerous awards, including:
Dafne Sosa is a 5-foot-5 junior defensive specialist from Las Vegas, Nevada. She previously played at Ranger College in Texas. There, she was:
Una Stepic is a 5-foot-10 outside hitter from Krusevac, Serbia. She comes to SIU by way of Eastern Wyoming College, where she was:
Dempkey, Sosa, and Stepic join recent transfers Ida Almkvist, Chloe Anderson, Carlota Mora and Valentina Zevallos in this year's recruiting class.
