SASF and Member Benefits
Each year, SIU Athletics distributes over $5 million dollars in scholarship aid to our student-athletes. All SASF gifts directly support our efforts to provide scholarships to our student-athletes. These scholarships make us competitive in recruiting, and allow our student-athletes to be competitive in and out of the classroom.DONATE TO THE SASF
 WHAT IS THE SASF?
- The Saluki Athletic Scholarship Fund is the primary fund-raising mechanism for the athletic department, and annual contributions go directly toward scholarship costs. Southern Illinois University offers athletic and educational opportunities to more than 350 student-athletes in 17 intercollegiate sports.
- In addition to helping student-athletes obtain an education, SASF members enjoy priority seating in premium season-ticket locations for Men's Basketball and Football. Priority parking, the option to buy postseason tickets, invitations to SASF donor functions, and promotional items, such as bobbleheads, are perks of SASF membership.
