Mobile Ticketing
Saluki Athletics will exclusively employ mobile ticketing for Saluki Stadium and the Banterra Center beginning with the 2025-26 season. Fans can purchase and manage their tickets through the SIU Salukis Mobile App.Â
In addition to a host of multimedia features, the app allows fans to easily purchase tickets, skip the gameday line and pay the same price they would pay at the ticket window. Fans can save tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay or transfer tickets to friends or family. The app is supported on iPhone and Android devices and available for free download via the App Store and Google Play.

Mobile tickets can be accessed via the SIU Salukis Mobile App or the link sent to your email or cell.
We strongly recommend the following important tips:
- Once you receive your tickets, please add them to your mobile wallet. If there are time changes to the game, they will automatically be adjusted if the ticket is in your wallet. By adding your ticket(s) to your mobile wallet in advance, you can avoid slow or weak Wi-Fi or cellular signals at the stadium.
- If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their individual ticket in advance.
- Make sure you have a full battery charge before heading to the stadium.
- Make sure your phone's screen is clean and free of scratches and cracks.

Download and open the SIUÂ Salukis Mobile App on your mobile device.

Click Tickets' in the menu at the bottom right of the screen and choose 'Manage Tickets'.

If not already logged in, sign in your SIU Salukis Ticket account. NOTE: This is different than logging in to the app itself.

Select the event you're attending to see your tickets.

5.
Choose 'Add to Wallet' or 'Transfer' to send to another user.

6.
Open your mobile wallet to access your tickets and have ready to scan at the gate.

Once inside the event screen, select 'Transfer'.

Select the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer.

3.
Enter the mobile number of the person you would like to transfer the ticket(s) to.

Review the transfer and once ready, select 'Transfer Tickets' at the bottom of the screen.

The person receiving the transferred ticket(s) will receive a text message with a link to accept the transfer.

They'll be prompted to log in, or create an account if they don't have one, to accept the tickets.

Once logged in, the individual can accept or decline the transfer. A user has 48 hours to accept a transfer. Once accepted, add the tickets to the mobile wallet and have ready to scan at the gate.
