2020-21 Season (Junior Season)

Appeared in 12 games … averaged .9 points, 1.8 rebounds and .5 assists in 7.0 minutes per game … made her Saluki debut in SIU’s win over Evansville (1/1) and tallied one point, four rebounds and three assists in 12 minutes of work … scored at least one point in five of the 12 games she played in … notched her first steal as a Saluki at Bradley (1/8) … snagged at least one rebound in nine of the 12 games she played in … corralled a season-high five rebounds in a season-best 15 minutes of work at No. 23 Missouri State (1/27) … dished out at least one assist in three games.

Pratt Community College

Two-time All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) selection … played in 59 games, which included 54 starts, in her two seasons and averaged 8.2 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game … scored in double figures in 24 of her 59 career games at Pratt C.C., which included two double-doubles and seven double-digit rebounding outputs … earned all-league honors as a freshman after she averaged 7.9 points and 5.4 rebounds to lead the Beavers to their best conference record in program history … as a sophomore, she averaged 8.6 points and 6.4 rebounds to repeat as an all-league selection and led Pratt to the Region VI Tournament for the second-straight season … was one of only eight players in the KJCCC in 2020 to make 30-plus three-pointers and grab 175-plus rebounds … averaged 6.4 rebounds per game as a sophomore, which were the 19th-most in the league.

Played her high school ball at Wichita Independent High School in Wichita, Kan., where she earned All-State honors as a senior after she averaged 13.4 points and 10.8 rebounds per game … earned back-to-back All-Central Plains League (CPL) honors and was named the league's Newcomer of the Year in 2017.

Personal

Born in Salzburg, Austria … Daughter of Amy and Randy Douvier … Randy played junior college basketball at Panama State and later transferred to St. Cloud State before going overseas to play professionally in Austria … is the youngest of six kids, all of whom have now earned a college basketball scholarship to complete their degree … oldest brother, Bryce, plays overseas, most recently in Poland, and played collegiately for Northern Colorado and Texas A&M Corpus Christi … two other brothers, Ryan and Randall, played for Baker University and Bryant and Stratton College, respectively, while Janell's twin sisters, Jamy and Sandra, graduated from Missouri A&T in 2017 after two seasons with the Miners.
