Named Illinois Basketball Coaches Association 3A All-State his senior year after averaging 21 points...Scored a school-record 42 points in one game...Two-time all-county selection...Three-year starter, who averaged 18 points as a junior and 15 points as a sophomore...Had a 4.1 GPA and was an Illinois state scholar...Also played football his senior year and helped the team to its best record in school history and the playoffs.
