2021-2022 (SOPHOMORE)

All-MAC Second Team... swam in three events... set new personal records in 50- and 100-freestyle and 100-backstroke... earned fifth place in the 50-free at MAC Championships, held seventh place in 100-free... took home third place in the "B" final of the 100-back at MAC's... contributed to Salukis' first place 200- and 400-free relays... best finish was fourth place in 100-back in dual against EIU on 1/28/22... 13 top-eight finishes.

2020-2021 (FRESHMAN)

Competed in four events... best finish was a second place title in 100-back (53.52) in dual meet against Valparaiso on 3/12/21... three top-five marks.

PRIOR TO SIU

A native of South Elgin, Ill., Schlueter qualified for the IHSA state meet in each of his two final seasons at South Elgin High School. As a senior, Schlueter clocked a personal-best 100 free time of 45.72 to win the event at the sectional meet and punch his ticket to the state finals. Once there, he placed eighth in the 100 free and was edged out by .06 by his future teammate, Marc Avery for sixth place. He also added a 16^th place showing in the 50-yard free.
