Hailing from Mount Juliet, Tenn., Diana Araque was a 10-time state qualifier at Mount Juliet High School where she tallied five top-20 finishes at the TISCA state meet during her prep career. As a senior, Araque set a PR at 2:13.12 in the 200 IM to place 19th. She followed that up with another personal-best in the 100 breast at the same meet. Araque was a four-time qualifier in the 200 IM and a three-time qualifier in the 100 breast.
