Competed in two diving events… had ten top three finishes and four top ten finishes… had an NCAA B cut in the one-meter dive (273.45) against Southern Indiana.

2021-2022 (FRESHMAN)

All-MVC Honorable Mention... dove in seven meets... placed fifth on the three-meter board at 2022 MVC's, finished sixth in the "B" final on the one-meter event... holds best SIU score on three-meter springboard... placed first on both boards in dual against Missouri State... also earned first against McKendree and Indiana State on the one-meter springboard... 11 top-eight remarks... qualified for NCAA Zones on one-meter board.

PRIOR TO SIU

A diver from Cairo, Egypt, Farida Moussa joins the Salukis with national competition experience. Moussa placed second on the 10-meter platform at Senior Nationals, and previously achieved the Best Junior Player Cup at Junior Nationals. Holds a personal record on the 10-meter board at 269.7/387.

A Civil Engineering major, Moussa is the daughter of Adel Moussa and Rania El Sherif, born on March 18, 2004.
