2021-2022 (SOPHOMORE)

Swam in seven events during the season... set new PR's in 400-IM, 200- and 500-free, and 200-fly... swam the 200-IM for first time in Saluki career... best finishes were fourth in 500-free in dual against EIU on 1/28/22 and fouth in 200-fly in tri-meet with Henderson State and Little Rock on 1/21/22... six top-eight finishes.

2020-2021 (FRESHMAN)

Competed in eight events throughout the year... best finish was third place in 1000-free (10:55.07) in tri-meet against Valparaiso and Eastern Illinois on 3/27/21... five top-eight marks.

PRIOR TO SIU

Taylor Collins is from Mount Vernon High School in Mount Vernon, Ind., where she excelled in the backstroke and butterfly. As a freshman, Collins helped Mount Vernon's 200 free relay team advance to the state meet. As a senior, Collins tallied three top-three performances at sectionals, which included runner-up finishes in the 100 back and 200 medley relay. She also set a PR in the 100 fly to finish fifth and added a third-place finish in the 200 free relay.
