Played club soccer for the Springfield Area Soccer Association as a midfielder ... lettered freshman and junior seasons in high school, interspersed with injuries during sophomore and senior seasons ... only freshman to receive regional recognition in conference (2015) ... was recognized as the Female Student Athlete for each of four years, having been a multi-sport athlete each year ... also lettered in cross country, basketball, and swimming.

Born on December 5, 2001 in Chatham, Illinois ... daughter of Dean and Viv Held ... father is an accountant, mother is a project manager ... has two siblings, Matthew and AJ ... studying finance and pre-law and would like to be an attorney. Notes that after enduring knee injuries, it has made her more resilient and has strengthened the love for the game.
