SIU alum Emma Lade joins the 2026 Saluki coaching staff as a graduate assistant.
Hailing from Howard Lake, Minnesota, Lade began her collegiate career at Texas A&M International University in 2022, where she played through the 2024 season. During her time as a Dust Devil, she collected 3,322 assists over three seasons. She also compiled several impressive accolades, including the 2022 Lone Star Conference Freshman of the Year.
Following the conclusion of the 2024 season, Lade transferred to Southern Illinois where she closed out her collegiate playing career. During her year at Southern Illinois, she played 119 sets spanning over 30 matches. She recorded 790 assists and 227 digs as a Saluki.
