Basketball Teams Will Hold Scrimmages Saturday After Football Game

CARBONDALE, Ill. - The men's and women's basketball teams will hold intrasquad scrimmages on Saturday at Davies Gym beginning at 5:30 p.m. The festivities will include plenty of games and prizes.
The football team hosts #9 Eastern Illinois at McAndrew Stadium at 1:30 p.m, and fans are encouraged to walk to nearby Davies Gym after the game.
In addition to the scrimmages, there will be a 3-point shooting contest and slam dunk contest. Also, fans will be selected at random to compete against coaches in a free throw shooting contest.
The entire event will last about an hour.
