Men's Golf Heads to Eastern Kentucky

Following its ninth place finish at the Bob Brown Golf Classic (Mar. 12-13), the Southern Illinois University Carbondale men's golf team will head to Richmond, Ky., Friday-Saturday, Mar. 23-24 to compete in the Eastern Kentucky Spring Intercollegiate.

SIU is led by junior Brian Kolmer who finished the Bob Brown Classic tied for 15th with a two-round score of 150. Also pacing the Salukis are Brad Dunker who tied for 28th with a total of 153 and Kurt Pfaff who placed tied for 51st with a 158 mark.

After its two-day stay in Richmond, Ky., SIU will then hit the links again on Monday-Tuesday, Apr. 2-3 at the Arkansas State Indian Classic in Joneboro, Ark.
