Weber Not Interested in Saint Louis Job

CARBONDALE, Ill. - At the annual team banquet Tuesday night, Southern Illinois men's basketball coach Bruce Weber announced that he is not interested in the coaching vacancy at Saint Louis University.
The announcement ended media speculation that he may be a frontrunner for the position.
Weber said Saint Louis Athletic Director Doug Woolard called him on Monday to talk about future scheduling. They also discussed the head coaching job at SLU, Weber said, and he told Woolard he was happy at SIU and wanted to stay.
