Men's Basketball Coaching Clinic on October 31

The Southern Illinois University men's basketball program will host a coaching clinic on Friday, Oct. 31, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at SIU Arena. Featured speakers are Greg Leib (Althoff High School), Randy Albrecht (St. Louis Community College - Meramec), Dale Martin (Missouri-Rolla) and Mick Cronin (Murray State).

The Saluki team, under the direction of first-year head coach Matt Painter, will also hold an open practice from 1:30 to 4 p.m.

Advance registration for this demonstration-type clinic is $30 per person or $25 per coach in the same system (mailed together). Registration at the door is $35 and begins a 8 a.m. Attendees eligible to receive 4 CPDUs.

Registration includes complimentary coffee and donuts in the morning, plus complimentary Pepsi at breaks and free lunch. Parking for the event is in the South Arena Lot 56 with entrance through the South Main Lobby.
