Baseball Adds Pair Of Games for This Weekend

Carbondale, Ill. - Head Coach Dan Callahan announced today the Southern Illinois University baseball team has picked up a couple games to replace its original two-game series against Blackburn (Mar. 1-2) that was cancelled earlier in the week.

SIU will instead travel to Memphis, Tenn., to face Blackburn on Saturday at 2:30 p.m., CST and Northern Illinois on Sunday at 10 a.m., CST. Both games will be played at Gagliano Field.

Along with SIU, Saint Louis University, Evansville and Ball State will do the same thing, as each have also had games cancelled due to bad weather this season.
