Mike Dale leaves Men's Basketball team

Southern Illinois University men's basketball coach Chris Lowery announced Monday that junior Mike Dale has left the team for personal reasons.

Dale, a 6-foot-5 guard from Fairview Heights, Ill., has not played in the Salukis' last two games.

Dale was a starter in the first five games of the season and averaged 9.4 ppg. Since then, he has played in just three games and averaged 0.8 ppg.
