Baseball gets rained out in Sauget

CARBONDALE, Ill. - Tonight's wood bat game between Southern Illinois University and Missouri has been cancelled due to rain.

The game, initially slated for 6:30 p.m., CST, at GCS Stadium (Sauget, Ill.), will not be rescheduled.

SIU returns to action when it hosts Valparaiso this weekend. The Salukis and Crusaders open a two-game series Saturday at 2 p.m.
