Warner to be recognized at halftime of Allstate Sugar Bowl

CARBONDALE, Ill. - Southern Illinois University running back/return specialist Larry Warner will be recognized at halftime of the 2009 Allstate Sugar Bowl on Jan. 2.
Warner was one 22 college football players named to the Allstate American Football Coaches Association Good Works Team. The entire AFCA Good Works Team will be honored during a special halftime presentation.
This year's Sugar Bowl features Utah and Alabama. Kickoff is slated for 7:17 p.m., ET, from the Louisiana Superdome. The game will be televised by Fox Sports.
