Alice Ho named MVC Golfer of the Week

The Missouri Valley Conference named senior Alice Ho Co-Golfer of the Week on Wednesday.
Ho, along with Thilda Staubo of Indiana State, were both named Golfer of the Week after finishing tied for second at the Charles Braun Intercollegiate on Tuesday.
She had her best career finish and was one stroke behind Rachel Gatof from Butler, the tournament champion.
Ho helped the Salukis to their third tournament win of the fall season. Southern has already matched its win total from the 2016-17 season and the team's three wins in the fall season are the most since the 2000-01 season.
Ho is the third Saluki to earn the honor of Golfer of the Week this season. Freshman Emilyee McGiles and Hanna Netisingha have both received the awards.
The Salukis concluded the fall season at the Charles Braun Intercollegiate.
