Annual Saluki Softball fundraiser set for Jan. 20

For the 19^th-straight year, the Saluki Softball program will hold its annual fundraising dinner on Jan. 20^th from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Copper Dragon next to Pinch Penny Pub in Carbondale, Illinois.

This year's meal includes Italian beef, chicken, Fettuccine Alfredo, broccoli, salad and desert and will be catered by Crystal's Catering out of Herrin, Illinois. The cost of each dinner is $20. There will also be a silent auction. All proceeds from the event benefit SIU softball.
