For the 19th-straight year, the Saluki Softball program will hold its annual fundraising dinner on Jan. 20th from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Copper Dragon next to Pinch Penny Pub in Carbondale, Illinois.

This year's meal includes Italian beef, chicken, Fettuccine Alfredo, broccoli, salad and desert and will be catered by Crystal's Catering out of Herrin, Illinois. The cost of each dinner is $20. There will also be a silent auction. All proceeds from the event benefit SIU softball.
