Prospect Camp set for October 22

CARBONDALE, Ill. - The Southern Illinois University baseball program will host the Saluki Baseball Prospect Camp on Sunday, October 22 at Itchy Jones Stadium on the SIU campus. The camp is open to all high school baseball players who are looking to gain exposure in front of college coaches.

Check-in will begin at 8 a.m., and the camp is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Players will receive instruction and be evaluated by the SIU baseball coaching staff and other Division I, Division II and junior college coaches. The afternoon will feature scrimmages. The camp is scheduled to conclude at 4:30 p.m.

The cost to register is $100 per player. The camp will be limited to the first 80 registrants. A medical release form needs to be filled out and returned with your registration. Find that form HERE . For more information, contact volunteer assistant Seth LaRue at 618-453-7646.
