While with the Tar Heels, Reeves was the primary ticket manager for men's basketball, men's and women's soccer and baseball. He also oversaw the Rams Club donor stewardship and management within the ticket office. Additionally, he started a mentoring program, Bridge Builders, which served the Chapel Hill community and local Boys & Girls Club.
Reeves arrived at UNC from Alabama A&M University, where he served as the ticket & business office assistant. Prior to his time at Alabama A&M, Reeves worked within the government and non-profit sector, including positions with the Pentagon Athletic Center, Parks & People Foundation, United States Air Force and Internal Revenue Service.Â
Born and raised in Detroit, Mich., Reeves earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Detroit Mercy, where he was a member of the track & field team. He also holds a master's in sport management from Ithaca College, where he served as the men's track & field graduate assistant.
