Free shirts, pizza for Dawg Pound on Saturday

CARBONDALE, Ill. - SIU students will receive free pizza and t-shirts in the Dawg Pound at the SIU men's basketball game vs. San Francisco on Saturday night at Banterra Center. Admission is always free for SIU students with student ID.Â
The Salukis and Dons tip off at 7 p.m. on Saturday night, November 16. The game marks the first Division I home game of the season for the Salukis. The revamped Dawg Pound features couches and TVs on the concourse, along with nearby concessions and beer stands.Â
Additionally, for all fans, Banterra Center doors are opening 30 minutes early for a free concert in the Charles Helleny Pavillion. On Saturday, the group Diamond Dog will perform from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.Â
