CARBONDALE, Ill. - The SIU men's basketball team hosts Missouri State on Wednesday night at 8:15 p.m. in Banterra Center. The game will be televised on Marquee Network in the Chicagoland area. Marquee is the new TV station of the Chicago Cubs (Check Providers). The game will also be streamed nationally on ESPN3.

- Last year against Missouri State, Marcus Domask hit an 18-foot turnaround jumper at the buzzer to win the game for SIU, 68-66. Via SIU Hall-of-Famer Mike Reis: Domask's buzzer beater is believed to be the fifth game-winning shot with no time on the clock in Banterra Center history (57Â seasons).

- Lance Jones leads the MVC in steals per game (1.6/g). The last SIU player to lead the MVC in steals per game was now-head coach Bryan Mullins in 2008.
