CARBONDALE, Ill. - The SIU baseball team hosts Western Illinois at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2, at Itchy Jones Stadium. The game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN+. The Salukis are 7-0, the best start for the program since the 1967 team started the year 11-0. Western Illinois started its season with a huge win over the No. 4-ranked team in the nation, Louisville, on Friday night, Western's first win over a ranked opponent since 2015.
