From Head Coach Geoff Hanson
"The women competed well tonight, but after a bit of a slow start we were just unable to close the gap in the second half of the meet against Illinois. Versus Illinois State we took care of business for the most part and are happy with that win. Overall, we are in a good place as a team, but we know there's lots to improve on in the coming week leading up to the MVC Showcase."
NEXT UP
The Saluki men's and women's team will host the MVC Showcase next Friday and Saturday, October 21-22. Events in the pool will begin at 4 p.m. Friday afternoon.
