Scouting UIC
• 2022 marks UIC's inaugural season in the MVC and it enters Friday night with a 13-8 (5-4 MVC) record, currently fifth in the Valley.
• The Flames lead the Valley with a .250 hitting percentage, 50th in the country.
•UIC averages 14.12 kills per set, the second-most in the MVC, just behind SIU (14.29).
• Martina Delucchi leads the Flames with 3.87 kills per set, fourth in the Valley.
•UIC is coming off of an 0-2 weekend road trip against UNI and Drake.
•UIC is one of four Valley teams to be featured in the NCAA RPI top-100 at No. 88.

• Valparaiso has the Valley's most wins with a 17-4 (5-4 MVC) record.

• Valpo is coming off of an 0-2 weekend road trip to Iowa, losing 1-3 to both UNI and Drake.
• The Beacons average 2.20 blocksper set, second most in the Valley. They also hold their opponents to a .164 hitting percent which leads the conference.

What You Need To Know
Friday's match with the Flames will begin at 6 p.m. with a 5 p.m. start on Saturday with Valpo. Both matches will be played at Davies Gym and can also be found on ESPN+.
