Saluki Baseball Hosts Central Arkansas in Fall Exhibition Saturday

CARBONDALE, Ill. - Southern Illinois baseball will gets its first taste of outside competition Saturday, October 8 when Central Arkansas makes its way to Carbondale for a fall exhibition.
The Salukis and Bears will play two nine-inning contests with a 30 minute break between games. First pitch is set for 1 p.m. from Itchy Jones Stadium. Admission is free. The weekend marks the first of two fall exhibitions for SIU as Arkansas State will travel to Carbondale on October 22.
