SIU Softball to host Alumni Celebration

The Southern Illinois Softball team will welcome back alumnus from the 1960's through the 2020s, Saturday, Oct. 8 for their alumni celebration. The Salukis will also cap off their Fall Ball schedule against Saint Louis at 11 a.m. and Parkland College at 1 p.m.
Longtime Saluki Softball fan and donor John Roseberry will also be recognized between Saturday's games against Saint Louis and Parkland College.
SIU faculty, staff, Saluki Softball supporters and the community are encouraged to come out to Charlotte West Stadium and help recognize the players who have helped build and maintain the longstanding success of Southern Illinois Softball.
After the ceremony, Saint Louis will face Austin Peay at 3 p.m. and Austin Peay will face Parkland at 5 p.m.
