Salukis head to Evansville for three-game series

The Southern Illinois University baseball team continues Missouri Valley Conference play this weekend with a three-game series at Evansville. The Salukis have won four of their last five games, most recently defeating Murray State, 8-5 in 11 innings on Tuesday. The Aces, meanwhile, have won five-straight, which includes a three-game sweep of Michigan State. Southern, who won five of the eight meetings between the two programs in 2021, has won five-straight MVC series over Evansville dating back to 2016. The series can be streamed on ESPN3.
