PEORIA, Ill. - Southern Illinois Women's Volleyball was swept by Bradley Saturday at Renaissance Arena in Peoria, Ill.Â
Annabelle Sulish led the Salukis (10-16, 3-12 MVC) with seven kills, Anna Jaworski and Ema Stermenska tied for the team lead with 11 assists. Senior Maggie Wallenberger provided a spark with four kills.
The Braves (13-14, 8-7 MVC) dominated set one, winning 25-9.
The Salukis went point-for-point with Bradley early in set two, but the Braves pulled away late to a 25-17 win.
Set three saw more of the same, with Bradley going on separate 5-0 and 4-0 runs en route to a 25-13 win to complete the sweep.
UP NEXT
Southern Illinois will come home for senior weekend beginning Friday against Drake in Davies Gym.
