Women’s Basketball’s Sunday Match with Austin Peay Cancelled

CARBONDALE, Ill. – Sunday's scheduled matchup between Southern Illinois women's basketball and Austin Peay has been cancelled due to health concerns within Austin Peay's team. The Governors have officially forfeited the contest, and it will count as a win for the Salukis.

With Sunday's game now forfeited by Austin Peay, the Salukis move to 2-2 on the young season and will be back in action on Tuesday, Nov. 25, when they take on Winthrop at 3:30 p.m. in the first game of the Coast 2 Coast Music City Classic.
