De Schutter wins MVC Golfer of the Week for third time in his career

ST, LOUIS, Mo. — Anthony De Schutter was named the Missouri Valley Conference Golfer of the Week for the second time this season and the third time in his career, the conference announced Thursday.
De Schutter's 54-hole score of 205 is the ninth-lowest round in program history. Additionally, his third-round score of 65 is tied for the fifth-lowest round of any Saluki golfer, matching his own SIU record of 65, a score he carded on Feb. 10, 2025, at the Hal Williams Collegiate.
De Schutter and the Salukis will be right back in action Monday, Sept. 29, at the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational.
