Saluki Volleyball Opens Conference Play with Trip to Indiana

CARBONDALE, Ill. - The Saluki Volleyball team travels to Indiana with a clean slate and optimism as the 2026 Missouri Valley Conference schedule begins.

SERIES HISTORY
- Southern leads the all-time series against the Sycamores 59-24-1.
- SIU leads the all-time series 51-20 over Evansville.
LAST TIME OUT
- SIU went 1-2 in the Austin Peay Governors Classic, wrapping up the non-conference slate. They swept SIU-Edwardsville, fell victim to the reverse sweep against Gardner-Webb, and ended the tournament as they were swept by host Austin Peay. The Salukis finished non-conference play with a 6-6 record.
