Heartland Ford-Mercury of Du Quoin Joins Saluki Wheel Club

Heartland Ford-Mercury of Du Quoin has become the newest member of the Saluki Wheel Club, the Southern Illinois University athletic department announced Tuesday.
The Saluki Wheel Club is an organization of automobile dealers who provide the use of vehicles to athletic department coaches and administrators.
Heartland Ford is owned by Brad Withenshaw, who has been involved in the automotive business for more than 20 years. The general manager, Andy Beniot, graduated from SIU.
The Saluki Wheel Club now consists of 13 dealerships in the southern Illinois region. The others are: Ike Auto Park, Carbondale; Jim Hayes Inc.; Auffenberg of Carbondale; Vogler Motor Co., Carbondale; Saturn of Carbondale; Weeks Chevrolet/Pontiac, West Frankfort; Weeks Chrysler/Chevrolet, Benton; Ron Ward Chevrolet/Oldsmobile, Herrin; Marion Toyota/Mitsubishi, Marion; Cars Inc, Carbondale; Foley Switzer Motors, Marion; and Ward Chrysler Center of Du Quoin.
