Adam Borts is in his first year as the new Equipment Manager for the Salukis.
Borts joins the staff after spending one year in the same position at Drake. He will oversee all aspects of equipment operations for all 16 Saluki varsity sports.
For the Bulldogs, Borts oversaw a staff of eight in daily operations of their 16 varsity sports from January 2010 to August 2011.
Prior to his time at Drake, Borts spent seven years in the equipment room at the University of Missouri where he also earned his degree in parks & recreation and tourism. He was promoted to a full time assistant in 2006 after spending three years as a student manager and intern working extensively with the Tiger's football team. In his time there, the Tiger's made seven straight Bowl game appearances.
