Hall Of Fame Nomination
The Southern Illinois University Carbondale Sports Hall of Fame was established to honor the school's distinguished student-athletes, coaches and administrators. Athletes become eligible for enshrinement five years after graduation. If you would like to make a nomination, please fill out the form below.
