Outdoor:  Finished 30th in the hammer at the NCAA West Prelims with a lifetime-best toss of 199'-11" (60.94m)…Set a personal-best in the hammer at five-straight meets to close out the season…Ends his career ranked eighth on SIU’s all-time hammer throw list…Won his first career MVC hammer throw title with a toss of 199'-03" (60.74m) at the 2017 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14)…Is just the fifth different Saluki male to win a MVC title in the weight throw and hammer throw in the same season, joining Ron Harrer, Adam Judge, J.C. Outdoor: Competed at seven meets in three different events (shot put, discus, hammer throw)...Recorded a personal-best in the discus at the MVC Outdoor Championships...Set a PR in the hammer at the Tom Botts Invitational with a throw of 181'-4” (55.27m), finishing seventh...Finished fifth in the hammer and eighth in the discus at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic.
Indoor: Finished third in the weight throw at the MVC Indoor Championships, earning All-MVC honors...Won the weight throw at the EIU Friday Night Special with a toss of 65'-2.75” (19.88m), which was his first collegiate event title...Set a PR in the weight throw at the first meet of the indoor season, throwing 65'-4” (19.91m) to finish second at the Saluki Fast Start...Recorded a personal-best in the shot put at the EIU Friday Night Special, throwing 48'-11” (14.91m)...Competed at seven indoor meets.
