SIU Men's Tennis Falls to Wichita State

Wichita, Kan. - The Southern Illinois University Carbondale men's tennis team took it on the chin at Wichita State Saturday in the form of a 6-1 loss at the Sheldon Tennis Complex.
Tim Marsh was perfect on the day for Salukis although winning his No. 4 singles match 5-7, 6-4, 6-4 over Juan Escalante and then teaming with Alon Savidor in No. 2 doubles to beat the team of Gustav Peterson and Ben Cramp 8-6.
The Dawgs continue on the road with a match Southwest Missouri State Sunday in Springfield.
