Men's Tennis Host Tennessee-Martin On Friday

Carbondale, Ill. - Southern Illinois University (1-2) will host Tennessee-Martin (2-6) in a men's tennis dual meet on Friday at University Courts at 2 p.m. The match will be the last in non-league play before the MVC season next week.

"Tennessee-Martin will be a solid team for us and would be a good win for our team and our confidence before conference play and would even our record," said Missy Jeffrey, Saluki head coach. "I look for this to help build some momentum after our win against Bethune Cookman last week with Evansville on the horizon next Friday."

SIU will experiment with the doubles lineups for this meet in order to solidify the pairings before the MVC matches.
