Des Moines, Iowa - Southern Illinois University (2-8, 0-4 MVC) lost an MVC match 6-1 to Drake in Des Moines, Iowa on Friday.
Peter Bong scored SIU's lone point with a 6-4, 6-2 win in #1 singles play. SIU defaulted or retired in three matches due to injuries.
The Salukis will also face Creighton (April 13) and Northern Iowa (April 14) on the road this weekend.
