Carbondale, Ill. - Southern Illinois University (4-12, 2-7 MVC) beat Bradley 4-0 late Saturday night in Carbondale. SIU won four singles matches and the fifth and sixth were not finished due the four points being scored. The doubles matches were not played.
SIU tied with Evansville for eighth, but due to a loss to the Purple Aces, will take the ninth seed into the MVC Team Championships on April 26-28 in Springfield, Mo.
